Location:
The house of Æurin
Family is located in a the town Hvar, one of the
most beautiful and attractive settlements on the
island Hvar and Adriatic as well.

The house is situated
on the west side of the town of Hvar.
It is close to the Hotel Amfora /the greatest
hotel in town with its well-equipped fitness
center, wellness center , casino, swiming pool,
internet etc.
Numerous beaches are 150
meters from the house, and there you can rent
deck chairs, sunshade, or to enjoy cocktails or
ice creams. Same distance is to reach taxi-boats
or rent a boat that can take you to one of the
beautiful Pakleni Islands,.with wooded bays,
nudist-beaches and beach-bars..

To
reach the historic center of the town –
Cathedral-Piazza – there is a 600m-2 min with
the car, or even better, a nice 8-12 minutes
stroll along the coastline. Also, near the house
you can find Sport center with numerous tennis
camps.
The hous is very close to two supermarkets, 10 m
and 25 m. exchange-office.
All are within easy walking
distance.:Shops,Banks, Pubs and Boat-stations,
Post,Pharmacy, Bankomat,Swimming, Snorkelling,
Scuba-Diving-There are many Diving-centers in the
City of Hvar.
Sailing, Boating, Paddle-Boating,Windsurfing,
Water-Skiing, Racquetball, Basketball, Tennis
Courts, Swimming Pools,
Open air Cinema, Museums, Art Galleries, Parks,

house is open throughout the whole year. /From
01.January till 31 December/.
The house is well equipped with central heating.
 
----1/3 Apartment
occupies the main floor of our 4 storey house and
it consists of one room with
3 beds -SAT/TV, with bathroom, washmashine,
kitchen with all the necessary equipment
(stove, refrigerator../, dinning room and 12 m2
large terrace in green

-----1/8 Apartment consist of three
bedrooms-3+3+2 in all 8 beds,everyone with own
bathroom,balcony, SAT/TV and
a a great kitchen with all the necessary
equipment (stove, refrigerator.coffe machine,
dishes, cutlery etc./...
------
 
- there are Apartments:
A+ B+ C+D- for: 4, 5 ,6 & 7-9
persons. Ideal for famillies & goups.
A = 4 persons,
B = 5 persons,
C = 6 persons
D = 7-9 persons
consisting of two rooms, or of three bedrooms:
every bedroom with queen size beds, with digital
SAT/TV, everyone with own bathroom with shower,
sunny teracces, some have balcony with wonderful
sea and island view, and kitchen with all the
necessary equipment (stove, refrigerator.coffe
machine, washmashine, dishes, cutlery etc.
ROOMS:
We have some single, doublebed rooms and
threebeds rooms.
All apartments and rooms are categorized with
three stars
 
Our
big Parking /23 car places -free for ours guests/
is available in front of the house.

friendly hous run by Milka & Teo, Hvar will
be more then a place to enjoy your staying-...
it will be home away far from home.
THE RATES:
The rate for apartment & room vary depending
the number of people and depending the period
required (high or low season).
To make a reservation, we ask for an advance
payment of two days per planned holidayweek to be
transfered
to our croatian bankaccount which will deducted
from the total on arrival. -All taxes included.
