Each individual cottage &apartment & studio or room information page contains an Availability Calendar. Any dates that have a dark red shading are already booked; dates without this shading are available.
Are the prices listed on the website per person or per cottage & apartment & studio or room?
The prices listed on our website are per cottage &apartment & studio and room , per night and include ; taxes, heating, air conditioning , electricity, hot water, sheets and towels , etc
The apartment I want to book has a 2-night minimum requirement but I want to stay for only 1 nights. Is it possible for me to book?
Perhaps. The minimum nights? stay requirement varies by apartment , but it is typically 2-3 nights. Most apartment owners will accept reservations for shorter stays, but will often charge a 10-15% higher price.

How do I book my accommodation?
Booking through our website is easy. Once you find the accommodation that?s right for you, simply click on the ?BOOK ONLINE ? button located on the bottom apartment information page. You will then be prompted to enter all the details of your reservation, including your contact information. Once you verify that all the information is correct, click on the ?COMPLETE BOOKING ? ? button. This will take you to the PayPal website, where you can pay the deposit using credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, in order for the reservation to be valid, you must pay a deposit in advance. The amount varies by apartment but is typically 10%-20% of the total reservation amount and is non-refundable.
What payment methods can I use to pay the deposit?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and some bank debit cards. You may also pay via your PayPal account if you have one.
Do I need to have a PayPal account in order to pay the deposit?
No, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay the deposit. Simply go down to the ?Don?t have a PayPal account section and click ?Continue?.You will then be prompted to enter your credit or debit card information.
I have reserved my apartment online. Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes. As soon as payment is made, you will receive an automated ?CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION? email from us containing full details of your reservation. Please print this email and bring it with you to the accommodation . If you do not receive this email immediately, please check all mail folders such as Spam and Junk as they are sometimes diverted there.
You will also receive an email receipt for your deposit payment from PayPal, our payment processor.
How do I get the keys? Will somebody be there to greet me?
Upon receiving the confirmation of reservation, I will meet you at the Garden Cottages & Apartments - Old City , give you the keys, and help you settle in.
PLEASE NOTE ; We provide a free transfer to Bungalow "Bacvice" in Viska Street from "Garden Cottages & Apartments - Old City " (Solurat 22, Split, our other property) located on the western side of the main street called ?Riva. !! ( PLEASE WILL COME TO ADRESS ; Solurat 22 , Split , Croatia !! )

How do I pay the remaining balance? ( credit card NO accept ! )
The remaining balance of the reservation is due when you arrive. You will pay the owner directly in cash If you choose to pay in Kuna, the apartment owner will tell you the amount, based on the prevailing Kuna/Euro exchange rate.
What time can we arrive / depart ?
- If it is not otherwise specified the earliest hour you can enter the accommodation is after 12:00 o?clock on the arrival day and you are obligated to leave the accommodation by 10-10:30 o?clock in the morning on the departure day. ( PLEASE WRITE YOURS ; ARRIVAL TIME ! )
- Checking out is 10 am and after that you can leave your luggage, which is free. If you arrive on your booking day before 10 am when is checking out for the other quests, rooms aren?t available till 11am and 11 30 am. For example: if you arrive at 7am then you have to wait till 12pm,but you can leave your luggage.
PLEASE NOTE ; If are previous day accommodation was available - then guests have been placed immediately.For example: if you arrive at 7am then you have been placed immediately at 7am !

If more guests than are stated on the voucher arrive at the accommodation unit, the host has the right to deny the extra customers accommodation. Therefore, it is crucial to register all the people. It is also necessary to enter all the children even the babies into the booking form.!
Will linens and towels be provided, or do I have to bring my own? What about soap and shampoo?
Linens and towels will be provided by the apartment owner, but you will generally have to bring your own soap and other toiletries.
Will I receive daily maid service in my room?
Cleaning practices vary among private accommodations, but as a general rule maid service is not provided every day. Some owners will provide fresh sheets and towels every 3rd day and cleaning service once a week (for longer stays). If you require fresh towels every day, you may ask the owner directly .
